After growing up in Fauquier County, Mark attended Virginia Tech, earning Bachelor of Arts degrees in economics and political science, with a minor in history. Mark attended the London School of Economics and Cornell University for specialized summer coursework in macroeconomic theory and architecture, respectively, before earning his Juris Doctor from Pennsylvania State University’s School of Law in 2002. Following the bar exam, Mark was sworn in by the Supreme Court of Virginia as a licensed attorney on October 28, 2002.
Mark now lives in Markham, Virginia, with his wife and two children.
